CERN and CERN openlab are co-organising the '2nd International Workshop for Future Challenges in Tracking and Trigger Concepts' on CERN site on 7 and 8 July 2011.

The following key topics will be covered during the two-day workshop:

• Current and future HEP experiments

• Reconstruction methods (finding/fitting)

• Computer architectures (CPU/GPU/accelerators)

• Software methodologies (vectorisation/parallelisation)
