The meeting will be preceded by an informal dinner, the 5th of July, which will gather CERN administrative and technical people contributing to the openlab as well as representatives from openlab partners. The informal dinner will take place at 19:30 in the "Glassbox" of the CERN restaurant number 1 (restaurant Novae, CERN main building) |

The official meeting will start at 8:00 a.m. with an Executive Session is the presence of Dr., Robert Aymar, CERN Director General. |

Formal Dinner |
6th July, 19:00 |
The official meeting will be followed by a formal dinner at the Restaurant Perle du Lac, Geneva, the 6th of July at 19:00. An aperitif will be served at 19:00 and the dinner will start at 20:00 |
