CERN openlab Guiding Principles

This document provides the agreement framework of CERN openlab. It presents the aim of CERN openlab, the context in which it takes place -the operation of WLCG- as well as the expected contribution from sponsors and the associated benefits.

It describes the two modes of sponsoring: the partner status and the contributor status.
